Before becoming the first overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, Cade Cunningham first made his mark throwing a football. As a high school quarterback, he developed a court vision and leadership qualities that would go on to transform his basketball career.
At Montverde Academy, the 6'6" point guard orchestrated one of the most dominant high school teams in the history of American basketball, playing alongside future professionals such as Scottie Barnes. His brief stint at Oklahoma State will forever be etched in college basketball history.
