The Atlanta Hawks delivered an exceptional offensive performance, dominating the Memphis Grizzlies 146-107. Nickeil Alexander-Walker led the charge with 26 points, while eight Hawks players reached double figures in this collective showcase.

Total dominance from the opening tip

Atlanta took control of the game very early, leading 32-22 after the first quarter before extending their advantage to 25 points at halftime (71-46). The Hawks continued their momentum in the third quarter to build an insurmountable 41-point lead (116-75).

This victory allows the Hawks (40-32) to extend their winning streak to eleven consecutive home victories and secure their 13th win in 14 games. The Atlanta team set their season-high with 146 points, shooting 53% from the field (49/92) and a remarkable 46% from 3-point range (25/54).

Onyeka Okongwu and Jonathan Kuminga each contributed 16 points, while CJ McCollum added 15 and Dyson Daniels 12. Zaccharie Risacher completed this team performance with 11 points and 8 rebounds.

Memphis continues to struggle without their stars

On the Grizzlies side, GG Jackson stood out with 26 points, followed by Tyler Burton (20 points), Ty Jerome (17 points) and Walter Clayton Jr (16 points). However, Memphis shot only 33% from 3-point range (14/43), insufficient against Atlanta’s offensive efficiency.

This loss represents the eleventh in twelve games for Memphis, whose only recent victory came on March 18 against Denver (125-118). The Grizzlies are still playing without several key players, notably Ja Morant and Brandon Clarke who are recovering from injuries. Zach Edey, Santi Aldama, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Scotty Pippen Jr. are sidelined for the rest of the season.

Atlanta currently occupies sixth place in the Eastern Conference, half a game behind Toronto. The Hawks will host Detroit on Wednesday, while Memphis will welcome San Antonio.
