The EuroLeague SuperCup opens the 2026-27 European season this Friday in Abu Dhabi, with Olympiacos, Fenerbahçe, Real Madrid and Dubai Basketball competing over two days at Etihad Arena. Beyond the first trophy of the season, the tournament offers an early look at four ambitious teams that all underwent significant changes during the summer.

Performance - The French guard delivered his best EuroLeague performance to date, leading Olympiacos to a commanding 104-87 victory against a shorthanded Fenerbahce side in this postponed Round 14 matchup, keeping the Greek powerhouse firmly in second place.

EuroLeague Impact - The reigning European champions face a major blow as veteran forward Nicolo Melli requires surgery following a foot injury sustained in the Turkish Cup quarterfinal, leaving Fenerbahçe's frontcourt rotation significantly weakened during the crucial phase of the EuroLeague season.

EuroLeague - Fenerbahçe won on Baskonia's court (108-93) during the 19th round of EuroLeague. The Turkish champions secured their third consecutive victory thanks to a 3-point festival at the start of the fourth quarter. Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot reached 20 points in vain.
