Dennis Schroder named MVP of EuroBasket 2025!
EuroBasket - European champion with Germany, Dennis Schroder was named MVP of EuroBasket 2025, two years after his World Cup MVP title. The point guard recorded 12 assists in the final, and made the decisive basket at the end of the game.

Dennis Schroder (6’1″, 31 years old) was named MVP of EuroBasket 2025, two years after winning the same individual trophy at the 2023 World Cup in Manila.

While he was 0/2 from the field at halftime, Dennis Schroder finished with 16 points on 5/11 shooting. He notably scored the decisive basket late in the game to take a 3-point lead (86-83). He also dished out 12 assists. Alongside him, his partner and teammate Franz Wagner settled for 4 points in the second half. Point guard, captain and charismatic leader of the Mannschaft, he logically received this new individual trophy after Germany’s European championship title.
Dennis Schroder (6’1″, 31 years old) is joined in the EuroBasket All-Tournament Team by Slovenian Luka Doncic (6’7″, 26 years old), his teammate Franz Wagner (6’10 », 24 years old), Giannis Antetokounmpo (6’11 », 30 years old) and Alperen Sengun (6’11 », 23 years old).
Gabriel Pantel-Jouve est le fondateur et rédacteur en chef de BeBasket, qu’il anime depuis 2010 (sous le nom de Catch & Shoot). Passé par l’Ecole Publique de Journaliste de Tours, puis deux universités en Amérique du Nord, il a pu développer son expertise sur le basket français, de la Ligue Nationale aux divisions amateurs, durant ces 20 dernières années. En parallèle, il est aussi engagé dans le développement de clubs du côté de Montpellier.
