Player Profile

When Moses Moody left Arkansas after just one college season, some questioned that early decision. Yet the Little Rock guard had already proven his ability to turn challenges into opportunities.

Raised by Kareem and Rona Moody alongside his older brother, Moses built his character through three different high schools. After shining at Parkview Arts and Science Magnet, he led North Little Rock to a state title before refining his game at the prestigious Montverde Academy. This unusual path revealed his remarkable ability to adapt.

Ranked among the highest-rated four-star recruits in Arkansas Razorbacks history, Moody honored that investment by guiding his team to the Elite Eight in 2021. His performance throughout that NCAA run confirmed his professional potential, prompting him to declare for the NBA Draft.

Beyond his athletic abilities, Moses stands out for his community involvement, particularly with the youth of Little Rock. This connection to his roots reflects a maturity rare for a player his age.

The 2024-25 season marked an important milestone with nearly 10 points per game, before thumb surgery temporarily interrupted his development. This setback fits into the line of obstacles he has already overcome.

With his well-regarded work ethic and natural humility, Moses Moody continues to patiently build his professional career, true to the methodical approach that has defined his journey since Arkansas.
