Meissa Faye, a 1.97m forward, was trained at Tain-Tourmon club before joining France Academy at age 15 to play in the French NM1 championship. Also having gone through the Aura (TIP) academy and the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes academy, Meissa Faye played 29 games in NM1 in 2023/2024, averaging 3.2 points and 1.4 rebounds in 12 minutes per game. In 2024, Meissa Faye participated in the Adidas Next Generation Tournament (ANGT), averaging 2.8 points over 4 games. On May 18, 2024, he was pre-selected by the FFBB for the U17 World Cup taking place from June 29 to July 7 in Turkey.
