After a convincing 2024-2025 season with Saint-Quentin, Dominik Olejniczak and Khalid Moore will no longer wear the SQBB jersey next season. One is heading to the Italian Serie A, the other to the Greek second division.

Olejniczak moves to Serie A

A pillar of Saint-Quentin’s interior sector for two seasons, Dominik Olejniczak (2.13 m, 28 years) has signed with Tortona club in the Italian first division. In 2024-2025, the Polish center averaged 10.6 points and 7.4 rebounds in 31 Betclic ELITE games, stats that placed him among the most effective big men in the league (4th in rebounds).

Equally solid in BCL (10.1 points and 7.2 rebounds in 9 games), he notably contributed to Saint-Quentin’s qualification for the Leaders Cup semifinals. A member of the Polish national team until 2023, Olejniczak will now discover a new championship after his stints in France and Poland.

Less prominent but valuable in Julien Mahé’s rotation, Khalid Moore (2.03 m, 24 years) has signed with Mykonos club, promoted to the Greek first division. The American power forward, who arrived from NCAA in summer 2023, averaged 5.9 points and 4 rebounds in 32 league games, and 5.9 points – with 3 rebounds – in BCL.

After attending Georgia Tech and Fordham universities, he will spend his third professional season in Greece following a brief appearance with the Brooklyn Nets during the 2024 Summer League, and a stint with Greek club Lavrio.
