Stephen Curry Tops NBA Jersey Sales, Victor Wembanyama in the Top 5

The NBA revealed its official best-selling jersey rankings for the 2025-2026 season on Monday, and Stephen Curry is back on top. The Golden State Warriors guard reclaims the number one spot he lost last year to Luka Dončić, reaffirming his enduring popularity among fans.

The achievement is all the more remarkable given that Curry played just 43 games this season due to a knee injury — his lowest total since the 2019-2020 campaign when he appeared in only five games. Despite the extended absence, the 38-year-old posted impressive numbers with 26.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game, while shooting 39.3% from three-point range.

Dončić Drops, Wembanyama Cements Superstar Status

Luka Dončić, who led the rankings last season, settles for second place. The Los Angeles Lakers guard remains hugely popular in his first full season with the California franchise. Jalen Brunson rounds out the top three, boosted by the massive market represented by the New York Knicks.

Victor Wembanyama holds on to fourth place, confirming his status as a rising superstar. The French center for the Spurs continues to captivate fans in a season that generated real buzz around an MVP candidacy. LeBron James rounds out the top five, followed by Anthony Edwards, Jayson Tatum, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

Rookie Cooper Flagg of the Dallas Mavericks turns heads by climbing to ninth place, the only first-year player in the top 15. Also notable is the complete disappearance of Giannis Antetokounmpo from the rankings, after he still held eleventh place last year.

On the team side, the Knicks lead all franchises in merchandise sales, ahead of the Lakers, the Celtics, and the Warriors. This hierarchy reflects the enthusiasm surrounding historic franchises and the league’s biggest markets, confirming that popularity sometimes transcends on-court performance alone.
