Selected 31st overall in the 2015 NBA Draft, he moved to the NBA in 2017, spending six seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers before playing one year for the San Antonio Spurs. In 2024, Osman returned to Europe by joining Panathinaikos, where he quickly became an important contributor, helping the Greek powerhouse compete for domestic and EuroLeague titles. A long-time member and captain of the Turkish national team, Osman is known for his versatility, athleticism, defensive intensity, and ability to score both inside and from beyond the arc.
