Toulouse strengthens its roster for LBWL: Trinity San Antonio, Iva Slonjsak and Jessica Lindstrom as reinforcements

Toulouse Métropole Basket (TMB) doesn’t want to be just a number in La Boulangère Wonderligue. League 2 champion and promoted to the first division, the club has already made good progress in its summer recruitment, focusing both on continuity with promising young players and experience with solid profiles like Trinity San Antonio, Iva Slonjsak and Jessica Lindstrom.
A renewed but balanced roster
TMB had to say goodbye to several key players from last season. LF2 MVP Binta Dramé is heading to Charnay, Justine Soulard joins Mondeville while Coline Coumes will continue at Voiron. Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis’s future remains uncertain and Charlotte Whittaker has not yet revealed her future destination according to La Dépêche.
For its return to the first division, the Toulouse club will rely on a core from the promotion: Manoé Cissé, Emily Prugnières, Assetou Traoré, Margot De Freitas and young Alix Klewinski will still be there to ensure the transition between League 2 and LBWL.

Trinity San Antonio, star recruit
Puerto Rican point guard Trinity San Antonio (1.70m, 22 in October) is undoubtedly the most anticipated recruit. Coming from Grand Canyon University (GCU) with an exceptional season (16 points, 5.4 assists and 2.7 steals on average), she shined at the 2024 Paris Olympics with Puerto Rico, being her team’s best-rated player.

Staying up is the goal for Toulouse
With these targeted reinforcements and a preserved core, Toulouse shows a balanced roster mixing youth and experience. Enough to approach this first LBWL season with ambition and serenity. Staying up is on everyone’s mind, but with San Antonio at the point and players experienced in European competitions, TMB can hope to surprise.
