Terry Tarpey is a French-American small forward particularly known for his on-court commitment and defense.
Born in Poissy, France, where his father Terence Tarpey Jr. - himself grandson of a Frenchman - played professionally, he grew up in the United States where he completed his education through NCAA at William & Mary University. Discovered in France while playing for France A' national team in 2016, Terry Tarpey started his professional career with Denain in Pro B before joining MSB a year later. He spent six seasons in Le Mans
Having become a French international player since then, Terry Tarpey established himself as a key player for the French national team at EuroBasket 2022. After proving himself at the highest level in this competition, he convinced Monaco to sign him in the 2023 offseason. With the Roca Team, the New Yorker is discovering EuroLeague although his role remains limited.
