Player Profile

Originally from Manassas, Virginia, Justin Robinson first made his mark in the American high school circuit, finishing his education at St. James School in Maryland. There, he became a dominant point guard, being named Gatorade Player of the Year for the state, before joining Virginia Tech (NCAA) where he had a remarkable college career from 2015 to 2019.

In four seasons with the Hokies, he accumulated 1,383 points and 562 assists, a university record. Named to the All-ACC Second Team in 2018, he distinguished himself with his court vision, outside shooting (41.8% from 3-point range as a senior) and consistency at the highest NCAA level.

Undrafted in 2019, he nevertheless managed to secure an NBA contract with the Washington Wizards. This was followed by several stints with NBA franchises (Thunder, Bucks, Kings, Pistons) and G-League appearances with the Delaware Blue Coats and Wisconsin Herd, where he showed strong playmaking and shooting abilities.

After a brief stint in Australia cut short by injury, he returned in 2023-2024 for a second season with the Illawarra Hawks before joining Breogan (Spain) and then Trapani Shark (Italy). At Trapani, he was an offensive catalyst alongside Chris Horton, leading to a contract extension through 2026... until Paris Basketball came knocking.

A quick, creative point guard with strong long-range shooting ability, Justin Robinson brings valuable high-level experience and seems well-suited to make his mark in both Betclic ELITE and EuroLeague.
