The Pacers delivered their most accomplished offensive performance of the season with a dominant victory over the Chicago Bulls by a score of 145-126. This win allows the Indiana franchise to move out of last place in the NBA standings.
Pascal Siakam leads Pacers offense
Despite a roster decimated by injuries, the Pacers found the resources to produce their highest point total of the 2025-2026 season. Pascal Siakam was particularly effective with 25 points, confirming his status as the team’s offensive leader.
The Pacers’ depth was also on display with valuable contributions from Ethan Thompson (24 points), while Kobe Brown and Jay Huff each added 17 points. This balanced offensive distribution allowed the visitors to quickly take control of the game.
Chicago continues to slide in standings
For the Bulls, the downward spiral continues with a fifth consecutive loss. Guerschon Yabusele tried to keep Chicago in the game with 20 points, seconded by Collin Sexton and his 18 points, but these individual efforts were not enough against the Pacers’ prolific offense.
This new defeat drops the Bulls to a record of 29 wins and 47 losses, further compromising their playoff qualification chances. The four previous losses had occurred on the road, but this time Chicago failed to take advantage of home court.
With this victory, the Pacers now have a record of 18 wins and 58 losses, allowing them to jump ahead of Washington by one win and exit last place in the NBA. Both teams will return to action Friday night, with the Pacers traveling to Charlotte while the Bulls face the Knicks in New York.
