2025 LF2 playoff bracket revealed: who will succeed Chartres?
Lilian Bordron
At the end of the 2024-2025 regular season in Women’s League 2 (LF2), the traditional Individual Trophies have been revealed. The MVP is no stranger to these distinctions: two years after being elected best young player, Binta Dramé (1.72m, 22 years old) claims the supreme title this time. The Toulouse Métropole Basket point guard, who averages 15.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4 assists and 2.3 steals for a 16.3 evaluation, confirmed her rise by being the cornerstone of the dominant Toulouse team this season.
Trained at Pole France and having played for Chartres and Illkirch-Graffenstaden, Binta Dramé has been shining in the Pink City since 2023. Her consistency, impact on both ends of the court, and ability to make her teammates shine helped TMB dominate the regular season (18 wins – 4 losses) and aim for a return to the elite. The MVP award highlights her constant progression, already recognized with the best young player trophy in 2023 while with SIG.
At the helm since 2016, Xavier Noguera also claims a well-deserved trophy. Already titled in 2022 with a promotion, the TMB coach successfully revitalized his group after last year’s playoff disappointment. His experience and the solidity of his collective, LF2’s best defense, have placed Toulouse in a position of strength before the playoffs.
Among young players, Sarah Cissé (1.88m, 18 years old), Pole France’s interior player, stands out. In her second full season in LF2, the Parisian (1.88m) exploded with averages of 11.1 points and 8.3 rebounds. Mobile, athletic, and already a two-time European youth champion with the French team, she delivered several outstanding performances, including a peak evaluation of 36 against Le Havre. Promising.
