Now it’s about reaching ninth place, because we know how painful a playoff can be. We’ve gained confidence and will do everything to win the game on Saturday. »

For Mamer and coach Darko Ristic, the defeat brings a painful end to their top-flight campaign. A season that unraveled late in the qualification round ultimately could not be salvaged. Musel Pikes, meanwhile, move forward with renewed confidence and a clear target: finish ninth and avoid any further playoff drama.
