Jeremy Senglin returns to Nanterre for third stint

Jeremy Senglin (1.88m, 30 years old) is back at Nanterre for the 2025-2026 season. The American guard, well-known to Paris region fans for his effectiveness during his first stint in 2018-2019, will experience a third spell in the green and white jersey, this time under Julien Mahé. He comes from Wroclaw, where he played last season in Poland’s top division and Basketball Champions League (BCL).

Jeremy Senglin, a familiar face for Nanterre fans
A Weber State NCAA alumnus, Jeremy Senglin distinguished himself at the highest collegiate level by becoming his university’s all-time leading scorer and the Big Sky Conference’s three-point record holder. Arriving at Nanterre in 2018-2019 after his first professional experience in Germany, he shone in Betclic ELITE, leaving an excellent impression on the club and its supporters.
After a mixed return in 2021-2022, the American guard headed to Fuenlabrada, Spain, before spells in Italy (Reggio Emilia, Brindisi), Israel (Hapoel Eilat), and Poland, where he played for Śląsk Wrocław in 2024-2025.
A European season before returning to Île-de-France
In Basketball Champions League, Jeremy Senglin averaged 8.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists in six games. In the Polish league, he played 29 games averaging 10.6 points with 46.3% shooting, 3.1 rebounds, and 3.6 assists in 28 minutes. At Wroclaw, he shared point guard duties with young Franco-Polish Soprano Szelazek.
The Texas native returns to Nanterre with solid European experience and a desire to relaunch his career in France, where he will complete the backcourt alongside Zakai Zeigler and Benjamin Sene.
A renewed roster for Julien Mahé
With this ninth professional contract on the roster, Nanterre shows a younger and ambitious team. Senglin’s arrival, with his European competition and French championship experience, could prove valuable in crucial moments.
