A career performance for a historic victory: Elie Okobo of AS Monaco was named MVP of Round 14 of EuroLeague with a performance index rating of 39, his career best. The French point guard led Monaco to a dominant 125-104 home victory over Paris Basketball, setting a new record for points scored in a regulation game in the competition.

Perfect Statistics for an Exceptional Game

Okobo compiled 26 points with remarkable accuracy: 4 for 4 on 2-pointers, 4 for 6 on 3-pointers, and a perfect 6 for 6 from the free-throw line. The Bordeaux native also contributed 4 rebounds, 8 assists, 3 steals, and drew 4 fouls. This distinction marks the fourth time Okobo has won the Round MVP award in his career, three times with Monaco and once with ASVEL.

Monaco confirms its strong form this season (9 wins and 5 losses, including 3 consecutive victories), with Okobo becoming the third player on the team to earn this honor after Nikola Mirotic in Round 2 and Mike James in Round 9.

Duane Washington of Partizan Belgrade also stood out with a performance index rating of 31 in his team’s 92-85 victory over Bayern Munich.
