Ball and White lead Charlotte in a Historic three point Barage against Sacramento

Charlotte delivered an offensive showcase Tuesday night, crushing the Sacramento Kings 134-90 while tying the franchise record with 26 successful three-pointers. This fourth consecutive victory brings the Hornets dangerously close to the Hawks.
Coby White led the charge with 27 points, including six three-pointers, while LaMelo Ball added 20 points also with six made threes. Moussa Diabaté completed this collective performance with a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds, allowing the Hornets (38-34) to come within just two wins of Atlanta for sixth place in the East.

Ball and White Lead the Hornets’ Offensive Festival
Charlotte’s dominance was built from the first period, with a 72-47 halftime lead thanks to a remarkable 13/29 from three-point range. Ball and White set the tone with four three-pointers each before the break, showcasing the full extent of their offensive arsenal.
Rookie Kon Knueppel also shined with four three-pointers, allowing him to climb to second place in franchise history for three-pointers made in a season with 247. He now needs just 14 more to surpass Kemba Walker, now a player development assistant coach with the Hornets.

Charlotte’s lead reached 46 points at the start of the fourth quarter, with the Kings (19-54) offering little defensive resistance. The Hornets finished at 51% shooting and dominated the boards 57-35, illustrating their superiority in all aspects of the game.
For Sacramento, Daeqwon Plowden scored 22 points while former Hornet Malik Monk set a personal record with 14 assists. Maxime Raynaud scored 16 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in his French matchup.
