Fenerbahçe Istanbul, freshly crowned in EuroLeague, continues its ambitious recruitment for the 2025-2026 season. The Turkish club officially announced this weekend the arrival of American guard Brandon Boston Jr. (2.01 m, 23 years old), who will have his first experience outside the United States.

A solid NBA profile for the European champion
Selected 51st in the 2021 NBA Draft, Brandon Boston Jr. arrives at Fenerbahçe with experience from 147 NBA games, playing for the Los Angeles Clippers and New Orleans Pelicans. During the 2024-2025 season, he averaged 10.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 24 minutes per game with the Louisiana franchise. His rise during fall, including a peak of 26 points against Orlando, helped him secure a standard contract after starting the season on a two-way contract.
Identified very early in the United States, the Georgia native was named Mr. Basketball in California in 2020 and then joined the University of Kentucky before making the leap to the NBA.
With this addition, Fenerbahçe continues to strengthen an already impressive perimeter roster, which includes Wade Baldwin IV, Scottie Wilbekin, Devon Hall, and Melih Mahmutoglu. Having a coach like Sarunas Jasikevicius, who favors deep rotations and versatile players, should allow Brandon Boston to express himself in different roles, both in Betclic ELITE and EuroLeague.
