Coach

Eric Girard is Le Portel's head coach. At the club since 2012, he is assisted by Karim Diop, Arnaud Ricoux and Joris Mercier in 2023/2024. He extended one year for the 2024/2025 season. A miracle worker at Le Portel for 13 years, Eric Girard is preparing to leave ESSM at the end of the season.

Starting from the 2025-2026 season, Le Portel will discover a new coach. Currently heading Aix-Maurienne, Kenny Grant has signed for three years.

Youth Academy

Created during the 2010/2011 season, Le Portel's youth academy offers a dual sports and academic program. It consists of U17 regional, U18 Elite and Betclic Elite Prospects teams.
