Player Profile

When Tony Bradley's 2m11 frame steps onto the court, few would guess that this quiet center lifted the NCAA trophy at just 19 years old. Yet it was indeed him who, coming off the bench for the North Carolina Tar Heels, contributed to the 2017 national championship.

Before that collegiate achievement, the Bartow, Florida native had already made his mark in high school. A McDonald's All-American, Gatorade Player of the Year, and Florida Mr. Basketball, Bradley shattered his school's records with 1,973 career points and 1,054 career rebounds, along with 23 rebounds in a single game. These exceptional performances opened the doors to the most prestigious college programs.

Choosing North Carolina proved to be the right call. Despite his role as a reserve, Bradley made his contribution to one of the most memorable runs in Tar Heels history. That experience convinced him to try his luck in the NBA after just one season, making him one of the few Roy Williams players to leave Chapel Hill early.

Selected 28th overall by the Lakers and immediately traded to the Utah Jazz, Bradley has since navigated between several NBA franchises and the G League. From the Jazz to the Indiana Pacers, by way of Philadelphia, Oklahoma City, and Chicago, he has signed multiple short-term contracts, a testament to his perseverance in an unforgiving world.

Known for his calm temperament and work ethic, Bradley continues to find his place in the league, drawing on his championship experience and quiet determination.
