Player Profile

Originally from Reunion Island, having grown up between Chateaubourg (Ille-et-Vilaine) and Bourg-en-Bresse where she started basketball at age eleven due to the lack of a women's basketball section, trained at INSEP, Seehia Ridard had limited playing time early in her career.

After successive stints with Basket Landes, Nantes and Saint-Amand, she revitalized her career in League 2 in 2023/24 with Champagne Basket. Moving to Spain in summer 2024, she saw little court time at Estudiantes Madrid but quickly bounced back at La Seu, where she established herself as a solid Liga Endesa player. In March 2025, she signed a WNBA training camp contract with the New York Liberty.
