Player Profile

Coming to basketball late after an aborted swimming career, he got hooked during a school competition while in middle school when many of his peers had already joined development centers. But not him: from Alsace de Bagnolet to Villemomble then CTC Sud Basket 93 and Metropolitans 92, everything happened quickly for the Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) native. He even earned praise from Philippe Sudre, head of Mets 92's youth academy and coach of the youth team: "While there's no doubt he'll turn pro one day, it's impossible to predict what follows - a career depends on too many factors."
