When Jarace Isaiah Walker steps onto NBA courts wearing number 5 for the Indiana Pacers, few can imagine the journey from the courts of Baltimore where it all began. In a family where sports run in the blood — his sister Sherelle playing volleyball at UMBC and Jaden playing basketball at Saint Joseph's — the young forward quickly found his path under the watchful eye of his parents Marcia and Horace.

Playing for Team Thrill, Walker collected four Under Armour Next UAA titles, building his reputation on the grassroots circuit.
