When Cason Wallace stepped onto NBA courts at just 19 years old, he carried far more than a simple Oklahoma City jersey on his shoulders. The combo guard embodies an exceptional family legacy: cousin of NBA champion Terrel Harris and NFL legend Terrell Davis, and brother of Keaton Wallace, who plays for the Atlanta Hawks.
His meteoric rise began at Richardson High School, where he formed a formidable duo with Rylan Griffen under head coach Kevin Lawson. His senior season earned him the prestigious titles of Gatorade Basketball Player of the Year for Texas and Dallas Morning News Player of the Year, opening the doors to the McDonald's All-American Game and the Jordan Brand Classic in 2022.
At the University of Kentucky, Wallace quickly showcased his exceptional defensive abilities and versatility as a combo guard.
