Cholet Mondial Basketball Camp 2026: An International Immersion at the Heart of Elite Training
From Monday, July 13 to Friday, July 17, 2026, the Cholet Mondial Basketball Camp will take place at the Darmaillacq sports complex in Cholet. Directly connected to Cholet Mondial Basketball, this immersive training camp offers a complete week of individualized work in a structured and demanding environment, designed to guide young players to the next level.
An Elite and Personalized Camp for U15 to U18
Reserved exclusively for male players U15 to U18, born between 2008 and 2012 and already registered with a club, the Cholet Mondial Basketball Camp welcomes profiles from very good to high level. Registration is open to young players competing:
- in the French championship (ELITE);
- at regional levels 1 to 2;
- at national or regional level in other European countries.
With a limited capacity of 24 spots for full board and 6 for half board, the camp focuses on small groups to ensure optimal supervision and individualized monitoring. The objective: establish precise development goals and work in small groups to maximize each player’s growth.

A Program Focused on Fundamentals and Performance
Throughout the week, participants will benefit from a comprehensive program centered on individual improvement:
- dribbling, shooting, and passing drills;
- offensive advantage situations;
- concepts of spacing and game reading;
- 1×1, 2×2, then 3×3 sequences;
- 5×5 evening sessions.
The camp also emphasizes motor skills, hand dexterity, and self-confidence, with the ambition of making each player more effective in real game situations.
Specific interventions are planned with a physical therapist – strength and conditioning coach, as well as basketball experts, professional players or former pro players, and elite-level coaches. Sessions may be conducted in French, English, and Spanish, confirming the international dimension of the project.
A Complete Immersion at Jeune France
The camp takes place at the Jeune France reception and training center, 50 rue Darmaillacq in Cholet, with training sessions at the Darmaillacq sports complex.
Full board participants are accommodated on-site and take part in evening activities: recovery in the gym, multisport activities, 5×5 tournament, dinner out, or end-of-camp celebration. A pool afternoon and leisure time complete the week to promote cohesion and recovery.
Each participant receives an official training outfit (shorts and t-shirt) in Cholet Mondial Basketball Camp colors from the start of the camp.
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM for all participants (organizer’s responsibility limited to these hours for half board participants).

Recognized International Coaching Staff
The Cholet Mondial Basketball Camp relies on an international staff:
- Jean-François Martin, former coach at Cholet Basket and Expert Eyes consultant;
- Jose Antonio Sanchez, coach at Eurocolegio Casvi (Spain);
- Manuel Bertoni, coach at Basketball Academy Aquila Basket Trento (Italy).
They are accompanied by assistants and sports medicine specialists to ensure professional and structured supervision.
Pricing and Registration Details
2026 Prices (equipment included except socks and shoes):
- €560 full board (5 days);
- €330 half board (5 days);
